What is an Upflow system?
A multiple chamber filter is a filter that consists of different chambers (compartments), which are provided with different filter material.
The pond water that enters the chamber filter at the front is sent from the bottom up through the filter material (Up flow system). The pond water leaves the filter after the last room. The bottom part of the rooms are conical, which makes it easy for the dirt to settle and is automatically led to the dirt drain which can then be opened and flushed. Each room must therefore have a sludge/dirt drain.
